Happy Valentine’s Day, we’ve got the Brut Rosé open at the tasting room today. Come enjoy a glass. #followthemap #tinybubbles

Cartograph Wines is an intimate haven in the heart of Healdsburg for lovers of small lot, block-by-block winemaking. The cartograph on their labels is a visual depiction of the journey that brought them to winemaking and the ideas that have propelled that journey. You can see the five points here. Cartograph's Brut Zero offers a fun bit of sparkle with no added sugars, making it a lighter, drier option for those looking for less sugar this spring. They also have their new Brut Rosé which is gorgeous. The base is the same as the Brut Zero but with a small amount of Pinot Noir added to give it just a touch of pink and a slight dosage at disgorging, for the perfect sparkling wine with a softer mouth feel and surprisingly different aromatics than its sibling. The tiny, but plentiful, bubbles in this wine carry lightly floral aromas of violets and rose petal as well as a hint of strawberries and cream.

Liberation Wine

French wine label, Liberation De Paris has a fantastic wine selections for spring.

  • Liberation de Paris Sparkling Chardonnay is a sparkling Chardonnay that exudes captivating aromas of white-fleshy peach and with a palate of dried fruit and a touch of acacia honey, all while boasting a beautiful pale gold color and a trail of fine, long lasting bubbles.

  • Liberation de Paris Rosé is skillfully blended to highlight romantic aromas of strawberries and rose petals, perfect for setting the mood for any winter occasion. The palate offers elegant notes of red berries and a long, dry finish.

  • Liberation De Paris Cabernet Sauvignon is bold and graceful. This complex Bordeaux wine from Liberation De Paris shows powerful flavors of ripe cherries and plum.

 USUAL Wines

Based in San Francisco, USUAL wines is on a mission to make it easy for you to have a great glass of wine without having to open a whole bottle. Their goal is to elevate the everyday moments one glass at a time. Each bottle is 6.3 oz of California wine made in Sonoma and Santa Barbara. Usual makes it easy to consumer high-quality wine, by bringing you high-quality wines, by the glass, straight to your door. You can order red, rose, or a mix of both! I’m thinking they’re perfect for spring picnics, brunches and bbqs!
