Learn to Become Happier, Healthier and More Peaceful with the Yoga Summit

Register for free for The Yoga Summit
By Carla Snuggs

If you have been following my blog for any length of time, you will notice that Posh Beauty Blog’s focus is not only on beauty, but wellness overall, and that yoga, meditation and self-care is a large part of that focus. I especially love the mind, body, spirit connection and how it relates to beauty inside and out.

Fact: Almost 40 million Americans (250m people worldwide) practice yoga, yet 98% of Americans admit they are at a beginner or intermediate level. This is why today I am writing to share the news about The Yoga Summit, a global 21-day, first-of-its-kind online transformational event which was created to expand the yoga practice of everyone beyond the mat, to understand the eight limbs of yoga which is a lot more than gentle stretching; including meditation, acts of service, self-discipline and so much more.

World-renowned yoga leaders, like Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Esther Ekhart, and Dharma Mittra are participating in this event with multiple interactive sessions and many more to be confirmed including celebrity yogis to tell their story. Here are some of the amazing speakers who are already on board!

81% of practitioners have practiced yoga outside of the studio in the last 12 months, so it is no longer simply a group class activity and online yoga education has become more popular. The Yoga Summit is free, but I am inviting you to check out their Indiegogo Campaign to help support The Yoga Summit and get premium access.

Here is what you’ll get by joining the Yoga Summit:
